Cash in transit heist at Lenasia Signet Terrace
Lenasia has been struck again by crime as a cash in transit van was attacked near the signet terrace area.Which escalated into a shoot out on the golden highway between police and the robbers.
Police had observed very bad driving and gave chase to the robbers who then caught the attention of a nearby police helicopter who joined the pursuit resulting in the pilot being shot and having to fly his damaged helicopter to milpark hospital. Reports confirm that the pilot and his crew only suffered minor injuries.
As for the robbers three suspects have been court and are currently in custody

The heist happened at Freeway Plaza (a.k.a select) and not signet terrace… i was there.

Hi Yaseen,sorry for such a late reply,we thank you for your comment on the article,we have been receiving mixed reports from many eye-witnesses,some claiming the van was followed to signet terrace,could you possible clarify a bit further on what you had seen?
